- Read the set of words and mark the difference.

Babies
- These are the plural words.
- Plural means: “More than one”.
- In some words, we add “s” to make it plural.
- Examples:
Tiger – Tigers (Plural)
Cap – Caps (Plural)
Book – Books (Plural)
- We add “es” to the words that end in s, o, ss, sh, x or ch, zz to make plural.
- Examples:
Bus – Buses (Plural)
Tomato – Tomatoes (Plural)
Dress – Dresses (Plural)
Fish – Fishes (Plural)
Bench – Benches (Plural)
- Sometimes we add “ies” to the words that end with “consonant” and “Y” to make plural.
- Examples:
Kitty – Kitties (Plural)
Baby – Babies (Plural)
- We use “s”, “es” and “ies” in different words to convert singular form to plural.
